Whatever the occasion, you couldn't choose a better gift for friends and family as they can be spent in most stores in the Centre. You can pay cash, cheque (supported by a cheque guarantee card) and credit/debit cards. And if your getting married, why not add them to your wedding list and make everyone's day?
Have you lost or found something?
Freshney Place"s Lost and Found department is located at the Customer Services Desk in Baxtergate Mall where staff will be happy to help with enquiries. Please read the Centre’s comprehensive Lost and Found Property Policy below.
As a private company, Freshney Place Shopping Centre has the right to enforce its own policy on matters of lost and found property. Whilst a customer may wish to report the loss or finding of property to the local police, it is essential that Freshney Place Shopping Centre follows its own procedures and that a record is maintained of all items of lost and found property at the Centre.

The following action will be taken when a report of lost or found property is made:
All items reported to Freshney Place Shopping Centre as lost are recorded by staff at the Customer Services Desk situated on Baxtergate mall
All items reported found are recorded and the date and time it was found and details of the finder
All found items are kept in secure storage within the Centre and remain the property of the Centre until claimed, or for a period of one month, whichever is longer
Every attempt is made to identify the owner of the property and make contact with that person in the interim
After the one month period any unclaimed goods are donated to a local charity.
Unclaimed perishable goods are disposed of at the close of each Centre trading day. (This includes any food receptacle i.e. bottles, food boxes etc)
Freshney Place Shopping Centre retailers are encouraged to deliver found property to the Customer Services Desk to centralise the function, however retailers are under no obligation to do so, and some will operate their own procedures.
